B-bak
Ultra-thin spine board
With the creation of B-bak, Spencer has set a new technology reference level for the industry, providing a spine board that reduces the possibility of contamination during transportation of the patient. High density completely recyclable polyethylene, moulded into a unique, one piece shell; this technique guarantees the B-bak the following exclusive characteristics:

- resistance to bumps and corrosion
- completely waterproof
- does not absorb liquids
- immune to infiltrations
- easy to clean (water and soap are sufficient)
- totally X-ray compatible (the patient can be removed from the spine board even after carrying out X-rays or CAT scan investigations)

A special B-bak, highly appreciated by rescue teams, it puts together the famous technical characteristics with a built in system that allows to fix the restraints to the board.
