Vacuum splints with separate chambers

The tapered geometry, the strong welding, the wide surfaces for self-adherent strips fixing, the use of polystyrene, the realization of three chambers and the soft material covered with anti-allergic vinyl make these splints a perfect solution for immobilization and eventually, thanks to the ergonomic shape, also for the cervical rachis. The colour-coding on the straps on the part close to the patient's limb, will simplify the positioning operations. They are compatible with traction systems and do not have to be removed for X-rays or CAT scan investigations. They are easy to clean. The Res-Q-Splint kit contains

Res-Q-Splint
Res-Q-Splint The two splints for the limbs are characterized by the exclusive realization in separate compartments, this will allow the system to give better results and adds to comfort.
Res-Q-Splint The self-adherent strips is placed on the board to avoid contact with the victims clothing and the valve is welded onto the tapered part.
Valve made of aluminium with strong characteristics for high heat resistance. The new non-returning system reduces the time needed to evacuate the air. The rescuer's action is required only after the immobilizing operation is finished, to bring the splint back to standby status.

EMSoft

Vacuum splints

The EMSoft splints are made of coupled vinyl with an ultrasonic welding process. They are easy and fast to model. They can also be used for exposed fractures. The standard version has self-adherent strips closure straps. X-rays can be performed without removing the splints. The valve, welded onto the PVC sheet, guarantees a strong hold; thanks to a one way system, it avoids air from entering when the vacuum pump is removed. The EMSoft kit is complete with:

EMSoft Pro

Vacuum splints

A new version called EMSoft Pro is now available to reduce the risk of abrasions: the difference is in the PVC casing of the splints made of tear-proof material. To facilitate the immobilization and fixation of the splints, the closing strap is made of a 50 mm nylon strap with a quick-release adjustable fastening system. The case is washable for hygienic. The valve, welded onto the PVC surface, guarantees a strong hold and thanks to its oneway system, it avoids air from entering after extracting the vacuum pump. The EMSoft Pro kit is complete with:
